There is something about being able to relax into a powerful conversation with a woman who is fiery, confident, devoted, embodied, and deeply practiced and experienced that gets me so so excited! In this episode Guru Jugat and I talk about her spiritual path through kundalini yoga, keeping it "real" while doing deep spiritual work, some of the awesome topics from her new book Invincible Living, and for those who love the creative side of things, some of the process of bringing the book to life. I was totally in love with this woman by the time the interview was over, have a feeling many of you will be too. Enjoy!

About Guru Jagat:

Guru Jagat is the youngest senior Kundalini Yoga teacher in the world and the face of the new Kundalini movement. She is the founder of RA MA Institute for Applied Yogic Science and Technology, a premiere Yogic institute with locations in Venice, California and Palma de Mallorca, Spain. Guru Jagat’s other entrepreneurial pursuits include RA MA TV, the “Netflix” of Kundalini Yoga, and her record label RA MA Records. Her first book, Invincible Living, will be published in January 2017 by HarperElixir, an imprint of HarperCollins.  She lives in Los Angeles.

In this episode, Guru Jagat shares:

1. Spiritual materialism
2. The importance of having a personal practice
3. The power of lineage
