This interview with Amber Krzys can only be described as juicy and ripe because there is SO MUCH to be squeezed out of it. We took a deep dive into deconstructing and reconstructing the programming and conditioning of our culture and society. We get into vulnerability - real vulnerability - not that forced kind that is so rampant in the self-help world these days. We geek out on our journeys and some of the embarrassing stops along the way - and Amber describes what she calls, "creating mutant versions of ourselves." There's TONS of gems in this one, listen closely!

About Amber Krzys:

Born and raised in a single-parent home in Charleston, WV, Amber attended Point Park University where she received an MFA in musical theater. She moved to New York City to pursue her passion of acting, ultimately working on Broadway and touring with the musical Mamma Mia. In 2009, she left the world of theater and earned an MA in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. She founded two flourishing businesses as a professional coach and facilitator—bodyheart and Fierce Loving.

Amber has a thriving coaching practice where she serves a wide range of individuals, and also creates and facilitates her own coaching groups for body, business and life. Her individual clients range from moms, artists, small business owners to corporate and creative executives.

Amber’s work as a professional speaker has been featured at TEDx Malibu, MSN, the White House blog, University of Southern California, Pennsylvania State University and more. Located in Los Angeles, Amber lives with her boyfriend and two rescue pups, and helps people change their lives for the better as a coach, speaker and author.

In this episode, Amber shares:

1. The Earth as a school and we each have our own curriculum
2. The issue is not the issue - how you relate to the issue is the issue
3. What she's learned speaking at tons of colleges and universities about the differences and similarities between how young men and women experience their bodies and physical appearance

Wild ones, today's guest is a fierce one. I met Shaa at a conference last year and was immediately drawn to her spunky badassness which you will feel almost immediately once you press play on this chat. We talk about friendships and more importantly sisterhood, how your support network is your MOST IMPORTANT network, being an alpha woman in life, business and relationships, and we get super real about racial and gender systems and privilege. This woman is straight to the point, no fluff, no woo. Enjoy the energy!

About Shaa Wasmund:

Shaa Wasmund MBE is one of Britain's most highly regarded female entrepreneurs and was named in early 2016 by The Sunday Times as one of the Top 20 Most Influential Entrepreneurs in the UK. Her first book, Stop Talking, Start Doing was the #1 Best Selling Business Book in the UK for 14 months in a row, breaking all records. Shaa’s experience is incredibly diverse. Whilst still at University, she became the world’s only licensed female boxing promoter, working alongside Don King to put on 22 World Title fights. Shaa then started working with Sir James Dyson from around his kitchen table and helped build Dyson into one of the most recognised brand names in the world. In 2015 she received an MBE (Member of The British Empire) Award from the Queen for her “services to business and entrepreneurship”. Today, in addition to running her own successful online educational businesses (shaa.com), she is also an acclaimed international speaker, having spoken alongside the likes of Gary Vaynerchuk and Tim Ferris. Today's episode is a fun and rich conversation with a like mind-body-souled woman doing her untamed thing in her very unique and powerful way. What I admire about Rashida so much is her resilience. As a black woman, a full-figured woman, and a lesbian, she has faced all kinds of shaming and discrimination in her life. We explore how she not only got through it, but flourishes anyway. Two big aspects of that being creative expression and her relationship to God. We went all in on the God conversation and I'm hoping for those who don't prefer to use the term "God" you can hang in there anyway and get the nuggets that apply to any belief system. Plus lots more. Enjoy!

About Rashida KhanBey:

Rashida KhanBey (Rashi) is an Actor, Filmmaker, Sacred Dance & Movement Instructor born and raised in Chicago,IL. Rashida is on a mission to help women come back to life from the numbness caused by unresolved past pain and trauma that has kept women living lives that are less than the vibrant and joyful experience that is our birthright. With over 20 years of professional training and performance experience in various styles of dance from Pan-African Diasporic Movement to Classical Ballet, Theatre performance and production Rashi illuminates the healing power behind activating the dance + storytelling as vehicles for change in our daily lives. Rashi believes that it is through visceral movement & telling our stories without shame that help us step back into the most untamed version of ourselves. And that untamed essence being the very thing that reconnects to a personal and real relationship with God.

In this episode, Rashida shares:

1. Moments of initiation
2. Prayer as a form of surrender
3. Permission, sensuality, and developing a personal relationship with God

Today's guest is one of my very favorite people to jam on all things spiritual, energetic and metaphyiscal with. He's more well read, studied, and articulated than most other humans I've ever met, and he has a way of putting things that when it hits your brain it literally feels like a new pathway has been created. At least it feels that way for me and I hope you get to have a similar experience as you listen to this awesome jam session with my good friend Dr. Matt Kreinheder. We get into various aspects of the spiritual experience, how people make meaning out of things, integrating experiences, boundaries, the relationship between body, mind, spirit and emotions. There's a TON of jewels in here and you don't even have to dig for them. Enjoy!!

About Dr. Matt Kreinheder:

Dr. Matt Kreinheder is a transformational healer, speaker and coach. He has a doctorate in chiropractic, a master’s degree in acupuncture and has professionally written for publications all over the globe.

In this episode, Dr. Matt shares:

1. How people are interpreting the spiritual experience/their spiritual experiences
2. How people make meaning of things
3. The relationship between body, mind, spirit and emotions

I loved doing this interview!! Denise and I go back many years as we met in the space of attending events and learning how to build our businesses. It's not only been a blast to watch Denise's success unfold (which it has in a big way!) but I'm also a student of hers, so it's extra awesome to have partaken in, and benefitted enormously from her genius. In this interview we are getting down and dirty with a topic that some people are still uncomfortable with but most people really need to cultivate a healthier relationship with - MONEY! We jam on excuses, money blocks, the beliefs that influence your earning potential and receptivity, dynamics between partners in relationships around money and work, role models (or a lack thereof which a lot of people can relate to), and much much more. It's a super juicy conversation - definitely the kind you'll want to listen to a few times over.

About Denise Duffield-Thomas:

Denise Duffield-Thomas is the money mindset mentor for the new wave of online female entrepreneurs. Her best-selling books “Lucky Bitch” and “Get Rich, Lucky Bitch” give a fresh and funny road-map to create an outrageously successful life and business.

1. Handling the concept of asking for money
2. The dynamics between partners and relationships with money and work
3. Getting what you want by letting go of excuses

This is a different kind of episode. I wrote this post on Facebook yesterday and after all the notes, thank you's and shares, I felt the nudge to record it, so you can listen to it whenever you need it and also, added a little twist for you as well, have a listen and please share with anyone you know who can also use the love and encouragement. Thank you.

The original post:

A LOVE NOTE TO ANYONE HEALING FROM ANYTHING
(With extra special love to my own personal clients, #wildsoul women and loved ones who I know are showing up and doing their very best right now.)

You've got this.

I know the pain can feel almost unbearable sometimes and the weight of all that lies ahead of you can be terrifying, but you've got this.

I know you might feel totally isolated sometimes, like no one can possibly understand, or maybe that people are tired of hearing you talk about it, but you've got this.

I know you might feel impatient because you wanted your healing to be done already, and there's no end in sight, but you've got this.

I know you forget constantly, that often the thing that you're healing from is the result of YEARS of living with some kind of trauma or health problem, known or unknown. Which means yes, it's going to take a bit of time to unwind it and reboot a healthier operating system - physically, mentally, emotionally, and in other ways...
And that it can be SO FRUSTRATING, but you've got this.

I know that life might look easier and better for a lot of other people, but you'd be surprised to know what other humans are holding and walking through also.
The strength, scope, and resilience of the human spirit is vast. It's far beyond our measuring or imagining and this vastness is not reserved for certain "special" humans only...you are included, so you have DEFINITELY got this.

I don't need to know anything about you to believe in you 100%, to know that if you're still alive, taking one breath at a time, you've absolutely got this.

You are doing it right now, you are healing.

You are reconnecting with the wise, wonderful, infinitely loving, capable and genuine part of yourself that is healthy, pure, and true.

You are doing an amazing job!

This post is your reminder, especially on the tough days, to keep going.
Keep putting one foot in front of the other, take those tender steps forward, and be kind to yourself when sometimes forward looks like backwards because, YOU'VE GOT THIS.

So save it if you need it, share it with someone you know could use it too, print it out, keep it in your journal, or by your bathroom mirror, fold it up and put it in your wallet, just keep remembering...

THERE IS NO DOUBT, YOU'VE GOT THIS.

You know it's a great conversation when it's really tough to put words to a) how much I enjoyed it and b) how much it meant to me personally. Rebecca Campbell is just fantastic. She's light, she's deep, she's real, she fun, and her spirituality is grounded - which you all know is really important in the #wildsoul world. We talk about the dance between softness and getting things done, being of service, having a mission and what it means to be a light worker. We get into mysticism and mystery, trust, surrender and unfolding. I know some of those terms sound vague, so we paid special attention to getting to the tangible roots of them and weaving the threads together. This is a "listen a few times" kind of episode. Enjoy!

Wild ones, this was one of my favorite interviews ever because Rog Law is one of my favorite humans ever. He is soul family to me, a hilarious friend, and someone who I love to jam on the full range of life topics with and that's exactly what we do in this conversation. We talk about health and fitness, habits, discipline showing up, and Bruce Lee. We get into how we became friends, the concept of "killing the revolution" and you may have to turn the volume down when he answers the first question because I laughed harder than I think I ever have on the show before. He also shares his self-guided course of study into masculinity over the last few years. This one is really fun and very informative. Enjoy!

About Rog Law:

The only thing that Rog Law loves more than fitness are Cinnabons, Dragon Ball Z, and laughing like an 8 year old on the playground. Using his unique style of hilarity and an unyielding sense of positivity, his goal is to show people how to use fitness as a tool to not only get in shape and feel amazing, but to make every area of their lives better.

Legend has it that if you turn off the lights and say “Rog Law” in the mirror three times, he will show up and eat all the food in your refrigerator.

In this episode, Rog shares:

1. Rog's "Just The Tip" Method for forming new habits
2. How to keep showing up to things that are good for you even when you don't want to
3. Why Jiu Jitsu has taught him more about being a man than anything else

This interview has been months in the making and proof that Divine Right Timing is a thing. While trying to schedule this interview Katie and I went back and forth a million times, then we did it, and I ended up deleting the file and we had to re-do it. That said, we finally did it and I'm super glad because the conversation around healing from addictions from eating disorders to being a workaholic, self-help exhaustion and journaling as an integration tool was great. Enjoy!

This is a fun interview, wild ones. Kute Blackson is someone whose name I've been seeing and hearing around the transformational space for years but hadn't had a chance to drop in with until this interview. What you're going to hear in this episode is his incredible story of growing up witnessing miracles in Ghana that many of us would balk at, going against his family's wishes and coming to the US when he was 18 years old, and how he interacted with feeling that he was truly being led by a higher intelligence. We talk about navigating anger, how miraculous just being here and being alive is, and he shares a great question his dad used to ask him whenever he would worry as a teenager that I totally loved. Enjoy!

About Kute Blackson:

A charismatic visionary and transformational teacher, Kute Blackson offers a fresh, bold look at spiritual awareness for a whole new generation. Born in Ghana, West Africa, Kute's multicultural upbringing as the child of a Japanese mother and a Ghanaian father has spanned four different continents. His unique lineage lay the foundation for his approach to breaking down barriers and unlocking an individual's true gifts and greatness. Kute quickly learned that the "outside-in" approach favored by so many in the personal development space had to become an inside-out approach. So he decided to create his own method—a process that liberates the individual and the true self at the core and then pushes those gifts outward into the universe. This helps the individual get in touch with who they really are. It is a process of breaking free—so that the individual can live, give, and share the truest expression of their self. This is what Kute calls "Liberated Living." Colored with experiences from his own incredible journey, Kute’s debut book, You.Are.The.One., published by Simon & Schuster and released worldwide on June 7, 2016, shows readers how to unlock their true potential and live a life they love, through love. Kute is a next generation world leader out to awaken millions to Love and to Live their inspired destiny.

In this episode, Kute shares: 1. What Kute means by the title of his book "You Are The One" 2. The courage to tell the truth even when there's consequences 3. What compassion really means and how we can apply it to ourselves and others

I had the pleasure of attending the wedding of today's guest Alexi Panos back in July and it was absolutely the best wedding I've ever attended. The reasons why are exactly the same reason why her interview is awesome. Alexi's energy is contagious and the woman's got depth and breadth. She's super fun, sexy, and grounded while being very conscious, intentional and focused on service. We talk about her first awakening while on tour with Ja Rule back in a former life where she was a singer, how it led her to building wells in Africa for the last 11 years and what she's learned about happiness through those journeys. Enjoy!

She is the co-founder of The Bridge Method (online) and The Bridge Experience (live workshops), which is a fully immersive and high octane human potential training that yields incredible results.

Alexi also facilitates global leadership training programs around the world through her non-profit E.P.I.C. (Everyday People Initiating Change) that give people the tools they need to implement global giveback initiatives to communities in need.

This is one of those conversations that can only be described as electric. As I was interviewing today's guest, Nancy Levin, we were both so into what was coming up, it felt like two girls on a spiritual playground climbing the monkey bars of life's deepest questions. We talk about desire and authenticity, the relationship between anger, sadness and grief.
