Megan Dalla-Camina is on the show today and we're talking about womanhood, rebirthing, softening of edges, receptivity, unfolding, unraveling and coming into truth.
So many of our favorite things on this show!
She dropped some terms I loved - appreciative inquiry and positive core - and she talked about navigating a deficit based world by finding openings and focusing on our strengths.
We discussed the difference between things that make sense and things that "want to come through," how scary it can be to be soft, especially if you over-identify with being strong, why "leaning in" isn't always great advice, and this distinction I really loved - between simple, boring, settling, and creating drama.
Enjoy, share and let us know what parts were your favorite!
