Today's guest, Geneen Roth, is the author of TEN books, so she's prolific. Aside from what she's created, she's a really brilliant thinker, teacher, and I would even call her - healer. Her big truth was this, "Most of our mental anguish is caused by the stories we tell ourselves about a situation, not by the situation itself."

We explored that along with:
-How to navigate our mental stories and land in the present moment.
-The paradox of choices and how that impacts decision making.
-Using your body for guidance to prevent anxiety.
-Using your eyes to REALLY see
-What being "appropriate" means in our times
-How age affects our concept of beauty
-And she shared a few excerpts from her most recent book that were super beautiful.

This was a fiery conversation - enjoy and share!
