Today's guest, Melissa Ambrosini and I jammed on some Untame the Wild Soul favorite topics like self acceptance, body love and acceptance, being nicer to ourselves and how awareness has to precede transformation. We also got into some of her signature work on Mastering Your Mean Girl and she shared a three step process that you will love for it's simplicity and straight forwardness.
