In this episode, I am reflecting on Mary Magdalene Feast Day, my second favorite day of the year and how my curiosity for and connection with Mary Magdalene has provided me with gifts and messages that I take with me wherever I go. As always, when I share personally, it’s in case anyone listening might be able to find themselves in the stories or experiences or grab a useful or well-time insight or nugget.
I also share many books that have touched me in my journey to both understand and embody the wisdom of Mary Magdalene, and lastly, I announce details for my first retreat since 2015, the CHERISH retreat happening in the Fall of 2024 in Spain.

In this episode, I am joined by the School of Sacred Embodiment’s community manager, and 1/2 of our two person Dream Team, the loving and incredibly tender-hearted Marjolaine Millette. We discuss Marjolaine’s transformation following the Wild Soul Liberation framework, and how calling off a wedding, plus navigating emotions around grief and death, allowed her to honor all parts of herself and connect with the divine in a deeper, more intentional way.
We also discuss the practice of wild dreaming as a way to expand your imagination, recognize, and dismiss the limitations “adulting” puts on us so that you can be more loving and have more access to your deepest, most honest truths.
In episode 433 of the Embodied Podcast we discuss:
(0:35) Introduction to Marjolaine, the School of Sacred Embodiment’s community manager
(1:24) How the School of Sacred Embodiment’s framework transformed Marjolaine’s life

I believe that spirituality should be one of the greatest wellsprings of pleasure and joy in our lives. In this episode, I’m sharing four things most people don’t understand about TRUE Purpose and Power and how our bodies know when there’s truth to something worth paying attention to.
I’m also sharing why I think it’s harmful for anyone to allow themselves to hate their body and how cultivating trust, respect, honor, and appreciation for our bodies creates natural energetic boundaries we could all benefit from. Where there’s systems and programming, it’s important to remember that we and our bodies are still sacred. I hope this episode will give you a few reasons to be kinder, gentler, and more loving toward your body as just one expression of your TRUE power and spark your curiosity for discovering more expressions, too.
In episode 432 of the Embodied Podcast we discuss:
(1:27) The Wise and Wild Self meditation, a free resource for tuning into TRUE Purpose and Power
(4:16) How paddleboarding and being in nature taps into the body, purpose, and aliveness
(10:53) The importance of specificity and how words have their own power and magnetism
(14:13) The first teaching - Logical sense is not superior to intuitive sense
(14:45) The second teaching - We are all multifaceted beings with unique and built in gifts and genius
(15:26) The third teaching - Heal what you need to heal, so you can treat and experience every aspect of yourself as sacred
(17:05) The fourth teaching - Your body is a pathway, a portal and a temple, no matter the shape, size, "health" or ability
(22:55) Our body’s energetic boundaries of trust, respect, honor, and appreciation
(25:23) A chance to be mentored using the Wild Soul Liberation framework

In this episode, I’m sharing some updates and reflections from my social media logout and musing about what could be possible if more people took the time to carefully consider the impacts of so much social media. I’m also exploring the importance of experimenting and testing things out to find the best answers to life’s biggest questions. In a world where so many people are constantly telling us what and how to think, practicing thinking for ourselves and drawing informed conclusions is a really important practice.
In episode 431 of the Embodied Podcast we discuss:
(4:24) How testing things out is the only way to find a conclusion that works for you
(9:28) The belief that social media reflects someone’s level of success
(14:48) Excerpts from the School of Sacred Embodiment’s new ‘about’ page
(20:34) Why sacred embodiment and wild soul liberation are crucial to purpose and power
(23:21) Helping people find a route into spirituality that works for them
(30:40) The relationship between social media and people who want to help themselves
(34:31) The potential outcome of a mass social media exodus
